The Communist Party of Australia (Marxist–Leninist), abbreviated CPA (M-L), is a revolutionary Marxist–Leninist party in Australia. It was formed in 1964 after a split from the Communist Party of Australia due to the revisionism of the Soviet Union at the time. It acknowledges that the indigenous peoples of Australia never gave up sovereignty of their lands and sees them as an indispensable ally of the proletariat.

Today the CPA (M-L) expresses left-deviancy labeling themselves anti-revisionist. CPA (M-L) refuses to accept the material realities of AES states claiming recognised ML projects such as China to be revisionist, capitalist and social-imperialist.
