Over 100 protestors surrounded the building as officers blocked them from entering. At 1:30 p.m., 30 protestors made it into the building to unite with the indoor occupiers, and all protestors exited by 1:43 p.m. Williams required all protestors meet with other students faculty affected by the occupation and pay compensation for damages. Anyone who remained in the building by 2:30 p.m. would be expelled.<ref name=":4" />
